Well done, you have decided to get married! At this point she (or maybe he) has already said yes, and you are on to the next step in the wedding coordinating process. Before going on, mull over the following options when beginning the plan of organizing your wedding.
Budget issues. How much are you willing to lose? This is the first thing you should think about before beginning scheduling. Think about your monetary security, how much debt you are willing to take on, and how much your parents are willing to help.
Coordinating schedule. Kick off planning right away. Look into your resources. How busy will you be previous to the event? If you are both extremely busy, working full time jobs, a wedding coordinator is something to ponder. They will help organize all the involved details of your wedding and make sure everything is working correctly and properly.
Setting up duties. If you have not gone with a wedding scheduler, try and settle with your fiance on who is going to be doing what. If one half cares more than the other, let them take responsibility. Do not worry too much with your partner. You do not want an excellent relationship ruined by the awesome day that is supposed to crown it.
Plan for issues. Never plan for something to go seamlessly last minute. If something bad can happen, it will, especially if you are scheduling for it to happen last minute. Have things happening days in advance, if not more, will stop any problems from going down. Expect the worst!
